After the dogged pursuit of the seemingly unassailable Ringwraiths, the release of the waters of the Bruinen revealed the power of both the Elves and Galdalf - alleviating fear and restoring hope in our weary travelers, while also showcasing the intensity of the natural world (one of my favorite recurring themes).
